Vienna - Breath & Body Practice
A quiet Vienna practice for people who feel disconnected from themselves, working slowly, through the breath outward, toward a body that feels like home again.
Breath and body are treated as one connected system. Each session draws on whichever of these two is most needed that day.
Conscious connected breathing to settle an overactive nervous system and release what the body has been holding without words.
Slow, hands-on and movement-based grounding that helps stress and old tension find their way out of the tissue.
Gentle voice and diaphragm coordination work is woven into sessions when it's useful, as a complement to breath and body work rather than a separate offering on its own.
Breath and body are rarely treated as one system, yet a restricted breath tightens the throat and settles back into the body as tension. Inner Current works at that intersection rather than isolating any one piece.
Sessions move at the pace the nervous system can actually absorb. Some weeks the work stays almost entirely with the breath; others move into slow physical release, with light voice and diaphragm coordination work brought in only when it's helpful. The throughline is always the same: helping what has been suppressed find a way back into circulation, gently and on the client's own terms.
The practice is based in Vienna and welcomes both individual sessions and longer-term work, in person or online, in English or Hebrew.
